Your clarity should stay private.
Last updated: July 29, 2026. This policy explains how Bae Ready handles app, account, website, support, and privacy request data.
Overview
Bae Ready is a dating clarity app. It helps people create private terms, answer invites, compare expectations, approve receipts, plan dates, request changes, exchange feedback, and share anonymous cards.
We design public sharing to hide identities by default. Names, photos, exact answers, private receipts, messages, and date details should stay private unless everyone involved clearly agrees.
Contact
For privacy questions, data requests, safety concerns, or account deletion, contact support@baeready.com or use the support form.

Sensitive relationship content
Bae Ready may contain personal relationship expectations, boundaries, dates, messages, and feedback. You control what you enter, but you should avoid adding unnecessary private details about yourself or another person.
Do not upload private chats, intimate images, medical information, financial details, government IDs, or another person's private data unless it is necessary and you have permission.
How we use data
- To create accounts, authenticate sign-ins, keep sessions secure, and send account emails.
- To run app flows such as invites, drafts, counter-drafts, receipts, date setup, Friend Jury, inbox, PDFs, and reminders.
- To show profile photos and profile details in relevant accepted friend, invite, agreement, and receipt contexts.
- To send real notifications for actions such as invite responses, editing status, new drafts, approvals, reminders, and support updates.
- To provide support, investigate bugs, prevent spam or abuse, secure the service, and improve product reliability.
- To process purchases, cancellations, refunds, tax, accounting, or legal obligations where applicable.
Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar privacy laws apply, Bae Ready may rely on:
- Contract, to provide the app features you request.
- Consent, for optional profile photos, notifications, optional sharing, and optional cookies.
- Legitimate interests, for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, support, and product reliability.
- Legal obligation, for records that must be kept for compliance, tax, payment, or safety reasons.
Service providers
Bae Ready may use trusted providers for app hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, email delivery, push notifications, crash diagnostics, website hosting, support handling, app store distribution, and payments. These providers process data only for the purposes needed to run the service.
Data retention
We keep account and app data while your account is active or while needed to provide the service. Drafts, receipts, messages, dates, feedback, and profile data can be removed when the account is deleted, subject to limited exceptions.
Some data may be kept longer for legal obligations, payment records, tax, refunds, security logs, fraud prevention, dispute handling, abuse reports, backups, or anonymized analytics that no longer identify a person.
Security
Bae Ready is built around authenticated access, private user flows, restricted storage, secure transport, and account deletion handling. No online service can promise perfect security, so use a strong password and report suspicious activity quickly.
Privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Send requests to support@baeready.com from the email address connected to your account. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Bae Ready is intended for adults and should not be used by anyone under 18. If you believe an under-18 user created an account, use the in-app report flow, contact support, or review the public Safety Standards so it can be handled quickly.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion inside the app or through baeready.com/delete-account. The web deletion path is available even if you no longer have the app installed.
Changes
We may update this policy when Bae Ready changes features, providers, security practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page.
