By using Bae Ready, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and
the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree,
do not use the app or website.
Eligibility
Bae Ready is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to create
an account or use relationship agreement flows.
What Bae Ready does
Bae Ready helps people discuss dating expectations through terms,
clause battles, counter-drafts, receipts, DTR messages, Friend Jury
voting, date setup, feedback, reminders, and person notes.
The app is designed for people who already have a person in mind.
It is not a swipe marketplace and it should not be used to pressure
anyone into dating, intimacy, exclusivity, or public sharing.
Not legal advice or a legal contract
Bae Ready receipts and terms are private clarity summaries. They
are not legally binding contracts, legal advice, therapy, evidence
tools, background checks, safety guarantees, or enforcement systems.
A receipt means "this is what we currently understood", not "this
person is legally obligated."
Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You must use accurate account information and an email address you control.
- You should not share account access or attempt to access another person's account.
- You should report unauthorized access to support@baeready.com.
Invites, friends, and shared flows
Invite links and friend requests are meant to bring the correct
person into a specific Bae Ready context. Do not spam invites,
impersonate someone, or send flows to people who have clearly asked
you not to contact them.
If another person joins a shared agreement, they may see the
answers, counters, receipts, status updates, and timeline events
connected to that shared flow.
Your content and sharing
You are responsible for what you type, upload, send, vote on, or
share. Keep public share cards anonymous unless everyone involved
has clearly agreed to be identified.
- Do not upload intimate images, private conversations, identity documents, or another person's sensitive information without permission.
- Do not use public cards, PDFs, receipts, or Friend Jury to shame or expose another person.
- Do not treat app-generated scripts as instructions that override consent, boundaries, or common sense.
Safety rules
You agree not to use Bae Ready to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, pressure, manipulate, blackmail, or shame anyone.
- Create fake accounts, misrepresent your identity, or impersonate another person.
- Collect data about other users outside the intended app flows.
- Abuse notifications, invites, support forms, or Friend Jury voting.
- Create, upload, request, exchange, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse or exploitation content.
- Involve minors in adult dating, relationship, sexual, or romantic clarity flows.
- Interfere with the security, stability, or availability of the service.

in-app options to report a user, report content or a problem,
block a person, and contact support.
Date safety
Date setup features are communication prompts, not safety guarantees.
When meeting someone, make your own safety decisions, meet in a
place that feels appropriate, tell someone you trust where you are
going if needed, and contact emergency services if you are in danger.
Paid features
Bae Ready may offer optional paid features in the app. Purchase
terms, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are
handled through the app store or payment provider shown at checkout.
Prices and availability may change before purchase.
Account deletion
You can request deletion inside the app or at
baeready.com/delete-account. Some
records may be kept where required for legal, payment, safety,
security, backup, or fraud prevention reasons.
Disclaimers and availability
Bae Ready is provided as a communication and clarity tool. We cannot
guarantee relationship outcomes, compatibility, safety, truthfulness
of user answers, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.
We may update, suspend, restrict, or remove features where needed
for maintenance, security, product changes, legal reasons, or abuse
prevention.

We may update these terms as Bae Ready changes. The latest version
